Luv is the chief financial advisor to Gana. With an experience of 15 years in various verticals of financial services Luv brings much-needed fund management expertise to the team. His shrewd monitoring of the finances and optimum use of funds makes Gana more efficient. Luv is also well versed with the Indian bureaucratic landscape; his knowledge of government’s hierarchical structure and network has been very essential to GANA growth.

Saumya is a Counselling Psychologist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. A gold medallist with Major in Psychology, Saumya has gathered diverse experience working in renowned institutions like Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and BLK Super Speciality Hospital.

She has been a long standing advocate of Community Services and has been a regular contributor to Paalna and Lakshaym, two very renowned social services organizations of Delhi. After her stint at multiple hospitals, Saumya picked up the reins of Gana and has hence become the defining bridge between contributors and the project execution teams. Saumya is also part of the CSR department of Young FICCI Ladies Organisation (YFLO) which is the women’s vertical of the famous FICCI. Her experience of working with private organisations was key in establishing Gana’s CSR platform. Now, under her guidance, Gana receives CSR from Public Sector Undertakings, MNCs and other companies that come under the purview of Social Responsibility.

An MBA in HR & IT, Manoj has Executed about 30 different projects from Govt of India for last 3 years. He has worked In WIPRO Technologies as a HR Manager for 4.5 years in advanced skill development program. He worked In HCL Tech(Delhi) as a HR in Talent Acquisition team for up skilling and campus hires Worked In HCL Tech(Delhi) as a HR in Talent Acquisition team  for up skilling and campus hires National Placement Head for Tally solutions Pvt. Ltd. Manoj also managed all the Tally certified professions to get placed across PAN India, Placing more than 20,000 people in different organization.

Kush has been associated with various Charitable trusts and organizations prior to GANA. He is responsible for communication and cooperation with various government departments to strengthen the close relationship between GANA and its sponsors. Kush has a firm handle on relevant schemes that get the maximum push and are pressing issues for various states. His expertise enables GANA to direct its resources in the right direction.

He has also been instrumental in adding issues like Environment & Farmer Welfare to GANA’s service basket.

Srikanth is lead manager of GANA’s Skill Development division. He specializes in Imparting training to community, community organizers, VLWs, VAWs, PRI representatives of all levels, BDOs and other line department officials on community mobilization, watershed development, Participatory Rural Appraisal at village level, block level, district level and also state level.
